HRH Crown Prince Moulay Rachid revives the Ramadan Spirit

Rabat, September 4, 2008 -- Spreading the true essence of beautiful spirit of Ramadan, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Moulay Rachid presided over a Ramadan sermon, part of the annual Ramadan lecture series.

The series will run for the entire month of Ramadan consists of spiritual guide, which in the spirit of Ramadan, Crown Prince Moulay Rachid hopes will impact various communities.

Ramadan is the ninth month in the Islamic lunar calendar. Muslims fast every day during the holiday because they believe it was in the time, when the Prophet Muhamad started receiving revelations of the Quran from God.

Ramadan is divided into three periods of 10 nights, mercy, forgiveness and salvation.
