French First Lady enamored by HRH Crown Prince Moulay Rachid

Paris, July 13 2008 – Following the establishment of the Union of the Mediterranean, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Moulay Rachid attended on Sunday an official dinner held by French President Nicolas Sarkozy in honor of the leaders participant in the founding summit in Paris.

Crown Prince Moulay Rachid sitting next to French First Lady Carla Bruni- Sarkozy, at the same table as the French President Nicolas Sarkozy, broke away from the four-hour summit for dinner chat for a moment.

The leaders of 43 nations with nearly 800 million inhabitants were invited to a state dinner at Petite Palais.

The Union for the Mediterranean brought together leaders of 43 nations in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, some of whom have never before sat around a single table.
