Zaragoza, July 20, 2008 – Looking at the challenges facing water and sustainable development on all levels, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Moulay Rachid toured the Expo Zaragoza 2008 themed Water and Sustainable Development on Sunday after inaugurating the Moroccan pavilion, as the Kingdom was the featured country on Sunday.
Referring to the theme of the Spanish Expo Water and Sustainable Development, Crown Prince Moulay Rachid stressed that all nations have an enduring obligation to sustainable development and must protect water sources as the one of the most essential element of human life.
Crown Prince Moulay Rachid’s support and encouragement for global commitment to sustainable development urges to seek funding of advocacy of sustainable features, while establishing the basis for a viable development benefiting future generations.
In order to correspond these practices, Crown Prince Moulay Rachid's long history of commitment to sustainable development as well as efforts to support the protection of the world's fresh water resources, provides wisdom and dedication to playing a leading role in sustainable development.
